SCAS shelters and adopts out dogs, cats, small companion animals, and some livestock. They provide animal control and licensing services to Santa Rosa and unincorporated Sonoma County, as well as low or no-cost spay/neuter services for eligible Sonoma County residents.

The Rohnert Park Animal Shelter services the cities of Rohnert Park and Cotati, sheltering and adopting out cats, dogs, and small companion animals. They handle pet licensing, have a free/low-cost spay/neuter clinic, and free microchipping for residents of their jurisdiction.

The Napa County Animal Shelter shelters and adopts out cats, dogs, and small companion animals. They provide dog licensing services, spay/neuter vouchers, and TNR support for Napa County residents.
