Working with our dogs. Training is provided and the first level prepares you to be a Shelter Guide after an hour of instruction and demonstration of skills. Subsequent levels of training are available for learning hands-on interaction skills, up to helping train and walk dogs.
APPLICATION
To become a volunteer at Pets Lifeline, you must complete a Volunteer Application* and attend a general orientation.
JUNIOR APPLICATION
Junior Volunteers between the ages of 13 and 17 must complete our Junior Volunteer Application. Volunteers under the age of 13 are asked to have a parent fill out a Volunteer Application and be accompanied by that parent when at the Shelter.
