Stories from the Flowery Kids

The Loving Dog Kera

            by Rosalinda Palacio

The first day I met Kera I said, “Look at that cute dog!” I loved Kera so much I wanted her to be mine. Kera is brown and black but has a little white on her chin. She is a big dog, and I want her so badly! Kera has stinky breath and she slobbers.

Kera loves to sleep on the couch. She is nice because she won’t bite. She doesn’t like dogs or cats but she loves kids.

I want Kera to be with a family who treats her well. I’d like it to be someone who has a big backyard where kera can be alone.

Fergie My Best Friend

            By Osvaldo Napoles

I knew when I barely got to Pets Lifeline that I was going to pick a dog! It was so hard to choose, but when I saw Fergie I knew she was the one. Fergie is a small brown Chihuahua. She has big ears, and she is cute. Also, I like her tail. Fergie has golden eyes.

Fergie likes to play with other dogs. She is shy and sensitive and she is a cuddle bug.

Fergie should go to a great family that has kids and could take her on a long walk.

Windy the Cuddle Cat

            By Maria Feore

Windy deserves an awesome home! Windy has a lot of hair and she leaves a lot of hair on the floor. Another example to describe this awesome cat is Windy likes to cuddle with people. She’s ten years old and has green eyes. She is a brown tabby female.

Windy is lazy sometimes. She likes bird watching and she likes to sit on a cozy bed in the sun. Aaaahhh! Wouldn’t that be relaxing?! She also enjoys being groomed. She expects some attention from people.

I would like to see Windy in a quiet home. I would also like you to take very good care of her because she deserves to have good food and water. She deserves to lie around in the sun whenever she wants.

The Silly Cat Fisher

            by Emilee Iniguez

Fisher got his name when he got caught in a fish pond. Fisher is a 2-3 year old short haired brown classic tabby male cat. He is a pretty big cat.

Fisher is so sweet! He talks a lot and he has a lot of energy. He’s playful and he’s young.

I think a quiet home with no kids would be best for Fisher. People should take care of him and cuddle with him – just not too much.

Puff the Puffy Cat

            by Edgar Sanchez

I chose Puff because he is so cute. Puff is black with white on his face and legs. His eyes are blue, and he looks cute. Puff is only 10 weeks old.

Puff is very playful. When he chases a toy around he looks like he’s playing soccer. He loves to eat, and he eats a lot. He loves to cuddle, too.

I think a good home for Puff is one where the people love him. It should have more kitties but no dogs.

Fergie the Skinny Dog

            by Jesus Avalos

Fergie is the skinniest dog that I know. Fergie is a Chihuahua and she is a girl. She is tan and she has golden eyes. She is the cutest dog I have seen in my whole life.

Fergie likes to play with other dogs. She also likes to go for walks. She is shy but she likes to cuddle.

I want Fergie to live in my house because she’s the cutest dog. I would love having Fergie in my house because she is a Chihuahua.

Windy the Cuddle Cat

            By Karen Mendez

Windy deserves an awesome house! She has a lot of hair and she leaves a lot of hair on the floor. Another example to describe this awesome cat is Windy likes to cuddle with people. She is the oldest cat I know. She is ten years old. She is a long haired brown tabby, has green eyes, and is a female.

Windy is lazy sometimes. She likes to bird watch, and she likes to sit on a cozy bed under the sun. Aaaahhh! Wouldn’t that be relaxing?! She also enjoys being groomed. She expects some attention sometimes.

I would like to see Windy in a quiet home. I would also like you to take very good care of her since she is older. She deserves to receive good medication. She deserves a home with no carpets so that fur won’t get in the carpets.

Adrienne the Awesome

            By Celeste Rodriguez

Before I got to Pets Lifeline I knew that I would pick a dog. I picked Adrienne. She is soft and big. She has honey colored eyes and she has a black nose. She also has big black ears . Adrianne is a black dog. She has some tan by her neck. She looks serious, and she is five years old.

Adrienne is both outgoing and sensitive .She is also a jumper. She likes to play with other dogs, and she loves to play fetch. She prefers to be inside with people rather than outside. She also loves to walk and hike, and she has good manners.

I would like Adrienne to have an owner who will give her exercise. I would like someone who will treat her well and play with her. You can hug her when you’re sad, and when she’s sad you can do the same. It would be good if you can take her on walks and hikes.

 Adrienne the Outstanding Dog

            By Shauna Johnston

When I saw Adrienne she was the most outstanding dog I’ve ever seen. She is mostly black, but she has a little bit of gold under her chin and on her neck. She was also very calm when I saw her.

Adrienne is very outgoing,, but she is also a cuddle bug. She is a very good jumper and she fetches. She does well with other dogs, cats, adults, and older children.

I think a good home for Adrienne should have two or three children and maybe another dog. She should have an owner who has a fenced yard and who likes to hike or take walks.
